July is peak season for visiting the Colorado Rocky Mountains and Fort Collins area. You will be able to register for on-campus housing when registration opens. We have also reserved accommodations with the Hilton Hotel in Fort Collins.

The two buildings available for on-campus housing at IWAC are Laurel (housing for the WAC Institute) and Academic Village (main housing for the IWAC Conference). Both buildings are equipped with air-conditioning, single, double, and quad-occupancy rooms, and private and shared bathrooms. You can select on-campus housing when you register online for the conference.

You will be able to book in the block at the discounted group rate of $149.00 per room, per night (plus taxes) for a standard room with one king or two double beds. Additionally, you will receive a discounted parking rate of $5.00 per vehicle, per day. The discounted guest room rate, parking and room block will be available until Friday, June 20, 2025, or until it is sold out, whichever happens first.
