CSU dining centers are tray-less, all-you-care-to-eat facilities. Gluten-free items are located in the designated zones and menu labels identify foods for a wide-range of dietary needs. Campus dining centers also offer a variety of foods from wholesome vegetarian foods in The Foundry to kosher foods in Kosher Bistro. Upon registration, you will receive a meal card that you can use at the dining centers during the IWAC conference and/or pre-conference WAC Institute.
The dining centers for IWAC will be Ram’s Horn Center at Academic Village and Durrell Center (for the pre-conference WAC Institute). Durrell Center is a LEED-certified dining facility next to Laurel Village. It is equipped with seven dining stations, including a Halal station, for a variety of dietary needs.
Ram’s Horn will be the main dining center for the IWAC conference. It is located in Academic Village, which is especially convenient for conference attendees staying in that building. Additionally, it is equipped with eight food venues from a breakfast venue to a Mongolian Grill. Both dining centers provide amplified space for seating and a number of stations with food to accommodate a variety of dietary needs.
Please note that you may not bring outside food into any dining center. When leaving the dining center, you may take with you one (1) piece of whole fruit or one (1) dessert item. Although to-go food containers are available for adult guests, dining centers do not provide to-go cups. You are encouraged to bring your own refillable water bottle.
You can locate campus dining centers through the CSU interactive map.
While, you must have a valid meal card to enter any dining zone, meals can be purchased at the door for around $12.80 plus tax. Please note that dining centers accept credit and debit cards but are cashless facilities.
