Registration

To support planning for travel to the conference, we are providing the following information. Please note that we are still putting together our budget and the following information may change.

Preliminary Registration Cost. We expect to open registration early in 2025. The registration fee will cover three lunches, one opening-night reception, afternoon refreshments, facilities fees, facilities staff, registration, a conference app, and a range of other smaller expenses. Our goal is to provide quality meals and services at a low, reasonable registration fee. That said, the costs associated with putting on a conference are not unsubstantial and have been affected by inflation. Our preliminary budget suggests that the base registration fee will likely be between $350 and $375 per person. 

Discounts will be available for members of the Association for Writing Across the Curriculum, graduate students, retirees, and part-time faculty members and staff. These discounts will range from 10 to 25 percent.
